The insurance industry is one of the sectors that has begun adapting to technological developments, including property insurance, motor vehicle insurance, life insurance, cargo insurance, travel insurance, and other products. However, not all insurance products can be delivered through this approach (Insurtech), as each insurance product has a different risk profile and requires specific handling procedures.
PT. Smartpro Insurance Brokers (Smart-Pro) operates through two complementary approaches: information technology and human-centered communication. Through these approaches, we provide insurance policyholders with a better understanding of insurance products by identifying risks, implementing risk mitigation measures, addressing insurance-related issues, and delivering the best possible solutions on behalf of policyholders. These services are provided through consultation forums and information technology-based solutions, enabling policyholders to focus on developing their core businesses.
